What the FUCK is a college?

I've gone about my life saying university and so has everyone around me.

Are they different things?
I saw an American ad and it refered to one school as a university AND a college.

I have 5, I can't just mention one.
1. Cuba for basically no reason.
Maybe the closeness because even if they made a Venezuela I'd freak.
2. Spain he should be my first, because I like him more but he isn't.
3. UK because no matter what is canon, he is a BADASS in my head.
4. Russia just because.
5. Canada because I know a shit load of Canadian history due to my school.

America probably.
Don't hate me for it either.

If America was in my room I'd be very confused....
I'd probably want to throw hot oil in his face for no reason but be too scared.

UKxCanada - Because technically, when The Dominion of Canada was created, they were loyal to Britain and it's just cute.
I always imagine a grown-up Canada be completely self-efficient but running to UK to sign everything.

UKxUSA - In that order because I think Arthur is a badass.

SpainxSouthItaly - Because who doesn't love it?

GermanyXItaly - I liked it from the VERY beginning

8. What country are you from? To give it a twist instead of just saying the nation's name say "I am inside (your country here)."

My country isn't in Hetalia.
If it was I'd probably get angry at the representation though, so I'm happy.

In this case I'd like to switch bodies with Spain.
I'd probably go about my day the same way but with some adoration of my skin colour and ass.
